Mr. Schultz is the director of Schultz Legal Group and is a founding partner of the Missouri & Illinois injury law firm of Schultz & Myers, where he is exclusively dedicated to the practice of serious injury and death litigation. Stephen was recently nominated and accepted into the American Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Missouri, an organization consisting of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers from each state. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Stephen was educated locally at CBC High School, Missouri State University, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law. During law school, he was a Rule 13 student attorney, representing underprivileged women and children who were victims of domestic violence. In addition to achieving academic honors, Stephen was employed by two well-respected St. Louis personal injury law firms.
Stephen Schultz devotes all of his time to the legal representation of those injured throughout the entire state of Missouri. He is qualified to handle all catastrophic injury and death claims, and remains sensitive to the emotional distress these injuries often cause. When not in the courtroom, he enjoys spending time with his family in Chesterfield. He is a regular volunteer for several local charitable organizations (National MS Society, Foundation for Children with Cancer, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital) and continues to offer free legal representation to the oppressed and underprivileged. Stephen is also a member of Ascension Parish in Chesterfield.
